Hello, my name Is Tony Head chef of "The Circle Pizza Co" in Hoxton ,London. I passed through the classic Italian style pizza, American and Latin American type to English style pizza . In 2012 at Pizza World Cup held in Rome ,Italy I became second with silver medal in category Innovation Pizza ! For the past few years I Have based in London and worked in some of the famous Pizza Restaurant in London. I'm currently a Head chef at Earlham Street Clubhouse, Covent Garden, The Real American pizza some says the best In London! We always looking for improvement ...Today produce pizza passes through many reforms for better types of flour, tomatoes and quality cheeses!
