Hello, my name Is Tony Head chef of "The Circle Pizza Co" in Hoxton ,London. I passed through the classic Italian style pizza, American and Latin American type to English style pizza . In 2012 at Pizza World Cup held in Rome ,Italy I became second with silver medal in category Innovation Pizza !
